Do you take order cancellations?

I take order cancellations up until I actually ship the item. Once shipped, it is out of my hands and I cannot do anything for you. So if you are having any second thoughts, please cancel your order ASAP, as some orders I am able to ship out same day

What is your return policy?

At this time I do not take any returns unless you were sent the wrong item, or it arrives damaged. For these instances, please provide photo evidence and contact me at jen@blackserotonin.co. Please make sure to read over the description of the product before ordering to prevent any second thoughts, or reach out to me if you have any questions regarding a product!
