When will my order ship?

Black Serotonin is independently owned, which means I am a one-person team managing and packing orders. I try to ship orders within 2-5 days after receiving them. If you have any questions about your order, please email me at jen@blackserotonin.co

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, but only on my Etsy(link shop). Due to VAT taxes, countries in the U.K. have higher shipping rates. Please be aware of this before placing an order

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the United States usually take anywhere from 2-14 days. International orders have taken up to a month in some cases, so please keep that in mind before ordering. Once shipped, receiving your product may take longer than usual due to the Coronavirus, so please be patient and keep up with your order via your tracking number
